This guided lab will introduce new users to the SMAX service portal
The SMAX Service Portal is a user-friendly, self-service portal that provides employees with a single point of access to IT and business support services. The portal offers a variety of features, including a knowledge base, a ticketing system, and a chat function. Employees can use the knowledge base to find answers to common questions, submit tickets for support issues, and chat with support agents in real time.
